Vendors seeking to sell advertising space or other marketing services to the college or community groups seeking donations such as auction items or specialty items should make their request in writing to the Office of Marketing and Communications. The requests should include information about the requesting organization or business, pricing, deadlines, and specifications, along with an example of the sales item, either in hard copy or via an internet link.
Organizations seeking contributions should provide information about their organization. The college can not make monetary donations to organizations. However, the college can purchase sponsorships for advertisements. The college can also supply specialty items and auction items to promote the college.
Marketing and Communications staff will notify vendors if or when more information is required or if a purchase is to be made. Staff will also notify organizations if a sponsorship is to be made.
