Purchase Order Processing

Goods and services are acquired using purchase order system. Purchase orders are run on Wednesday of each week and are sent out according to the requestor’s instructions. Be sure to process the receipt of the goods or services using the receiving section of the software when applicable. This will ensure timely invoice processing and payment.
