What type of
equipment and facilities are available at the Fitness Center?
The
Fitness Center offers strength training resistance machines
for all muscle groups. Free weights and a variety of benches
and new contoured handle dumbbells; cable cross-over
machine; leg press; tow bar; decline bench; squat machines;
dip bars; calf raise; and many accessory items.
Also
cardiovascular machines: elliptical striders;
state-of-the-art treadmills; recumbent and upright exercise
bikes; and a walking track. Locker room facilities are
also provided.
