Foundation Relations
The Office of Marketing and Communications supports The Wharton
County Junior College Foundation by providing marketing
expertise for its activities. The Director of Marketing and
Communications prepares and presents marketing proposals and
budgets on behalf of the college for the foundation. The
director manages and implements the foundation’s fund drive
