The Wharton campus property is in both Zone AE and Zone X according to the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Flood Insurance Rate Map, effective date April 5, 2006.  Zone AE is defined as “base areas determand as .1% annual flood plain and Zone X is the .2% FloodPlain for the 100 year flood.
