PAYMENT DEADLINES FOR MAY MINI AND SUMMER TERMS

 

It is not possible to process all payments at the same time.  To avoid long waiting times you should register early and pay at the time of registration.  The following deadlines will be followed.

 

                                                                                                 MAY MINI TERM

 

April 1st (Thursday) – On-line Registration for the May Mini semester begins.

 

April 5th (Monday) – Walk-In Registration begins.

 

May 4th (Tuesday) – 3:00 PM – Registration will be shut down.  Unpaid registrations will be cancelled.  Then online registration will be turned back on.  Drop Slip notices will be mailed/emailed.  Registration resumes at 5:30 PM approximately.

 

May 11th  (Tuesday3:00 PM – Registration will be shut down.  Unpaid registrations will be cancelled.  Then online registration will be turned back on.  Drop Slip notices will be mailed/emailed.  Registration resumes at 5:30 PM approximately.

 

May 18th (Tuesday) – Midnight – Online Registration ENDS!

 

May 19th (Wednesday) – Classes Begin; NO LATE REGISTRATION

Final Cancellation for May Mini Term!  Drop Slip Notices will be mailed/emailed.

 

 

SUMMER I TERM

 

April 1st (Thursday) – On-line Registration for the Summer I semester begins.

 

April 5th (Monday) – Walk-In Registration begins.

 

May 4 (Tuesday) – 3:00 PM – Registration will be shut down.  Unpaid registrations will be cancelled.  Then online registration will be turned back on.  Drop Slip notices will be mailed/emailed.  Registration resumes at 5:30 PM approximately.

 

June 1th (Tuesday) – 3:00 PM - Registration will be shut down.  Unpaid registrations will be cancelled.  Then online registration will be turned back on.  Drop Slip notices will be mailed/emailed.  Registration resumes at 5:30 PM approximately.

 

June 7th (Monday) – Classes begin. ONLY day of Late Registration; Late registration ends at 3:00 PM.  Late registration fee of $25.00 and schedule change fee of $15.00 apply.

 

June 7th (Monday) – 3:00 PM – Final Cancellation!  Drop Slip Notices will be mailed.

 

SUMMER II TERM

 

April 1st (Thursday) – On-line Registration for the Summer II semester begins.

June 1 (Tuesday) – 3:00 PM – Registration will be shut down.  Unpaid registrations will be cancelled.  Then online registration will be turned back on.  Drop Slip notices will be mailed/emailed.  Registration resumes at 5:30 PM approximately.

 

July 6th (Tuesday) – 3:00 PM - Registration will be shut down.  Unpaid registrations will be cancelled.  Then online registration will be turned back on.  Drop Slip notices will be mailed/emailed. Registration resumes at 5:30 PM approximately.

 

July 12th (Monday) – Classes begin. ONLY day of Late Registration; Late registration ends at 3:00 PM.  Late registration fee of $25.00 and schedule change fee of $15.00 apply.

 

July 12th (Monday) – 3:00 PM – Final Cancellation!  Drop Slip Notices will be mailed.

 

Even though we say that unpaid registrations will be cancelled, there are situations involving partial payments, pending financial aid, scholarships, arrangements with the business office, etc., in which we must try to determine the student’s intent.  In other words, we have to decide whether to cancel or not based on incomplete information.  This always causes problems later. 

 WARNING:  If you register for classes but do not attend or quit attending regardless if you have paid or not, you must officially drop or withdraw through the Office of Admissions and Registration by filling out a Drop Form.  Failure to do so will result in an “F” on your transcript for each incomplete class.
