Official Transcript Request

There is no charge for a WCJC official transcript.

A student’s request for a copy of the permanent record (transcript) will be denied if there is a hold on the record. The hold may be due to a financial obligation, fine, or failure to comply with admission and residence verification requirements.

Only a student can request a transcript. Transcripts can be requested through the following methods:

In Person – Student must present proper identification (any photo id).

By Mail – Please complete the WCJC Transcript Request Form, sign, and mail to:

By Phone – Requests via phone are ONLY requests for transcripts to be sent to other colleges or universities. You will be asked to state your name, date of birth, social security number, and college or university to which your transcript needs to be sent.

By Fax – Fax (979) 532-6494
Complete the WCJC Transcript Request Form, sign, and fax to the above number.

By Email - Requests via email are ONLY requests for transcripts to be sent to other colleges or universities. You will be asked to state your name, date of birth, social security number, and college or university to which your transcript needs to be sent. Students submitting email request should understand this form of data transmission may not be secure.

By Online Services – Access the WCJC website at www.wcjc.edu,  click on the Login link under WCJC Online Services. Enter User ID and PIN to login (“How to Log in to Online Services”), then click in order the following icons:

 Student Services and Financial Aid -> Student Records -> Request Printed Transcript.


Other – These requests include special permission by the student to have
another individual pick up their transcript or to have their transcript sent to another entity. Students should proceed by completing the WCJC Transcript Request Form.

Requests will be honored as quickly as possible and in the order received. Peak periods may require additional processing time (i.e. registration, end of semester, etc.). Please make request in advance. Normal processing time is 1-2 days.
