There is no charge for a WCJC official
transcript.
A student's request for a copy of the permanent
record (transcript) will be denied if there is a hold on the record. The hold
may be due to a financial obligation, fine, or failure to comply with admission
and residence verification requirements.
Students can only request their own transcript.
Transcripts can be requested through the following methods:
How to Order an Official Transcript
By Online Services
- This is the fastest and
easiest method! Click on the
LOGIN link under WCJC Online Services. Click the following icons:
Student Services and Financial Aid,
Student Records, and then
Request Printed Transcript.
Transcripts received in this manner will be
mailed out the same day if the request is received before 3:00 PM. If the
transcript is received after 3:00 PM, the transcript will be mailed out the
following day.
In Person
- Student must present proper
identification (any photo id) in the Registrar's office at the FBTC, Sugar Land,
or Wharton campus, and then complete the
Official Transcript Request Form.
By Mail - Please complete the
Official Transcript Request Form,
sign, and mail to:

By Fax

Complete the
Official Transcript Request Form, sign,
and fax to the above number. The transcript will be mailed.
NOTE
- Official transcripts cannot be faxed
(photocopied) due to the security paper.
Other
- These requests include special permission by the student to have
another individual pick up their transcript or to have their transcript sent to
another entity. Students should proceed by completing the
Official Transcript Request Form
and supply
written permission for another individual to pick up their transcript.
Requests will be honored as quickly as possible and in the order received. Peak
periods may require additional processing time (i.e. registration, end of
semester, etc.). Please make request in advance. Normal processing time is 1-2
days. |
