Registration information, procedures, and deadlines for college credit and continuing education students are published in the printed class schedules and on the WCJC website. Each student, by registering, pledges acceptance of the rules and regulations of the college.

Students may register for credit courses at any regularly scheduled registration by web or in person at the campus where they wish to register.

Registration should be completed well before classes begin. Late registration is possible during the first three class days in a regular semester and the first day in a summer term.

Students may register for a maximum of 19 credit hours in fall and spring semesters and 14 credit hours in the summer (both sessions combined). Students who wish to register for additional hours must have written permission from the Senior Vice President of Instruction.

Courses may be added and/or dropped only during periods indicated in the college's academic calendar. Classes dropped after the initial change period and before the official withdrawal date are recorded with the letter "W" on the student's permanent record.

Each registered student is issued a Student Services Card that entitles him or her to attend most activities sponsored by the college.
