PAYMENT DEADLINES
It is not possible to
process all payments at the same time. To avoid long waiting times you
should register early and pay at the time of registration. The following
deadlines will be followed.
Winter Mini 2012 and Spring 2013
Important Dates
Winter Mini and Spring 2013 Classes
- November 1st (Thursday) Registration for the Winter Mini and Spring semester begin.
- December 4th (Tuesday) - 3:00 PM – Registration will be shut down. Unpaid registrations will be cancelled. Then online registration will be turned back on. Drop Slip notices will be mailed/emailed. Registration resumes at 5:30 PM approximately.
Winter Mini Classes (Beginning December 17th)
- December 13th (Thursday) - 3:00 PM – Final Winter Mini Cancellation! Registration ends. No Late Registration.
- January 8th (Tuesday) - 3:00 PM - Registration will be shut down. Unpaid registrations will be cancelled. Then online registration will be turned back on. Drop Slip notices will be mailed/emailed. Registration resumes at 5:30 PM approximately.
- January 15th (Tuesday) - 3:00 PM - Registration will be shut down. Unpaid registrations will be cancelled. Then online registration will be turned back on. Drop Slip notices will be mailed/emailed. Registration resumes at 5:30 PM approximately.
- January 22nd (Tuesday) - Classes begin. Late Registration begins. Late registration fee of $25.00 and schedule change fee of $15.00 apply.
- January 24th (Thursday) - Late Registration Ends; Drop/adds will end at 3:00 pm.
- January 24th (Thursday) - 3:00 PM – Final Cancellation! Drop Slip Notices will be mailed.
14 Week Classes (Beginning February 4th)
- February 1st (Friday) - 3:00 PM – Final 14 Week Cancellation! Registration ends. No Late Registration.
Second 8 Week Classes (Beginning March 25th)
- March 22nd(Friday) - 3:00 PM – Final 2nd 8 Cancellation! Registration ends. No Late Registration.
Installment Plan
WARNING:
If you register for classes but do not attend or quit attending regardless
if you have paid or not, you must officially drop or withdraw through the
Office of Admissions and Registration by filling out a Drop Form. Failure
to do so will result in an “F” on your transcript for each incomplete class.
