General Admission Procedures
- Submit your application online at Applytexas.org.
The on-line application is quick and easy! After clicking on Applytexas.org,
follow these steps to get started. Please allow
48 hrs for processing an on-line application.
- Click here to ENTER APPLYTEXAS
- If you do not already have an ApplyTexas account, please
create one now …
- fill out the information and click on “Save Profile"
- continue to fill out the application according to the on-screen directions.
Paper applications are available in the Admissions office on every campus.

Application for Admission Form
- A high school transcript and a transcript from each college attended if enrolling by transfer.
Transcript(s) must be mailed directly from the high school and college(s) to Wharton County Junior College.
- Scores on the Texas Higher Education (THEA) test or an approved substitute*. See THEA Section in
catalog. For more information on THEA, contact TESTING 979-532-4560.
- Test scores for other standardized tests such as ACT and SAT.
