Recognized student organizations are allowed to use college facilities subject to the provisions in Regulation 372 which is available in the Office of Student Services.

Student organizations operating dances and athletic events, when such events include persons from outside the college, are required to provide at least one commissioned police officer for security purposes. Other events operated by student organizations usually do not require such security coverage unless the appropriate vice president determines otherwise. Organizations are also responsible for cleaning up the facilities after the event or for paying custodial fees.
