Admission Information    

  • WCJC Admission Form, with completed Residency Information sheet.
  • High School Transcript showing date of graduation.  Transfer students must also submit official college transcripts.
  • THEA scores (or proof of THEA exemption).

Testing Information  

If you do not have THEA test scores and are not exempt, call the Testing Center for more information  about state requirements regarding testing or to make an appointment for a test. The admission form must be submitted to the Registrar's Office before an appointment for testing can be made.

Applications for fall financial aid or scholarships need to be completed prior to June 1st.  Contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
