- Students must be 18 years or older. Age exceptions for 16 & 17-year olds can be made if qualifications are met. See qualifications below.
- 17 year-old students can be permitted in class if the following requirements are met:
- Signed and notarized Parent Consent Form.
- Student Withdrawal Form

- For home-schooled individuals: 17 year-old home schooled
students should present a Home School Form and a
Parent Consent Form. (Both documents must be signed and notarized.)
- If admittance into a program is court-ordered, student must present the court order and it must be signed
by the presiding judge.

- All students need to attend a mandatory orientation before entering an ABE (ESL or GED) class.
- Students must complete an ABE Orientation Registration Form prior to attending an ABE Orientation.
- Registration for ABE Orientations is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All instructional services, including books, are free.
