Wharton County Junior College accepts the following forms of
payment for Continuing Education Courses:

Cash
·
Personal Check (paper, or check by web is also
available)
·
Money Order
·
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express Credit
Card
Payment is due upon registration for a class. Registration
is not considered complete and a seat will not be reserved
until payment has been made.
Payments for customized corporate training may vary. Please
contact a Continuing Education representative for more
information regarding payments for this type of training.
Refunds
Any student requesting a refund at least FOUR working days
prior to the first class meeting shall receive a 100% refund
of all tuition and fees, unless an earlier refund date is
published for any Continuing Education course, seminar,
workshop, or conference. No refund of tuition or fees is
issued for requests fewer than FOUR working days prior to
the first class meeting. Refunds will be made to the
student by mail, or applied toward the tuition for another
non-credit class.
Class Cancellations
Continuing Education courses are subject to minimum
enrollment, and classes may cancel if adequate enrollment is
not met. Classes will be cancelled at least one business
day prior to the start date of a course. If a class you
have registered for has cancelled, you should receive a
refund of all tuition and fees paid within 7 to 10 working
days.
Continuing Education Tuition Assistance
Galveston County Community Action Council, Inc. is now offering free Continuing Education
& Vocational Course Tuition Assistance for those who qualify. The tuition assistance may be applied toward
Continuing Education & Vocational courses offered at Wharton County Junior College.
