Mr. Cline has been an automotive instructor and serving as the department director with Wharton County Junior College since 1995.  He attended college at Oregon Institute of Technology and completed his AAS degree here at Wharton.  He is certified by the State of Oregon as a Journeyman Automotive Technician and holds ASE Master Certification for automotive repair.  His automotive courses include all areas of repair in the automotive industry.
