Opportunities in Radiologic Technology are varied and tremendous. We are currently experiencing a national, even international, shortage of Radiographers. Upon completion of a program like the one here at WCJC, graduates can literally go anywhere in the U.S. or most any industrialized nation in the world to practice. The specialty areas in radiography are generally learned on the job. Graduates may cross train into CT, MRI, Special Procedures/Cardiac Catheterization, and Mammography to name a few. Over the last seven years, our Radiography program has enjoyed 100% employment rate of it certified graduates.
