  Meet the Greenroom Players

 
Welcome to the Greenroom Players

The Greenroom Players is a registered student organization for students interested in drama. All majors are welcome to participate and no previous experience is required. We meet regularly at 5:00 Wednesday afternoons to plan events, fundraisers, and Pioneer Cup Challenge events. 

Last year was a very successful year. We attended the 2004 Renaissance Festival, participated in the Hans Christian Anderson Festival in Danevang, and participated in the Texas Community College Speech and Theatre Association Festival in Weatherford, Texas. Nine of 14 students participating in the festival were recognized with individual awards in acting, costume design, production assistance, set design, dramaturgy, and scene painting. 

This year, we look forward to an exciting season. We will participate in the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, the Texas Community College Theatre Festival, as well as a number of local events.
