Program Information

The language arts developmental courses are comprised of lecture class taken concurrently with a lab class. The writing and reading lab classes integrate technology to provide individualized instruction to help students improve their writing and reading skills. In the writing and reading lab classes, the students utilize the computer software programs to gain hands on practice, have opportunities to conference with the teacher, and complete software reading programs designed to improve vocabulary skills and reading comprehension.
