Program Information

The WCJC Biology Department offers a variety of courses designed to prepare students for subsequent professional studies. Students are introduced to basic facts of biology and how biology relates to daily life in the General Biology course sequence. The Nutrition, Human Anatomy & Physiology, and Microbiology courses provide students with basic knowledge and skills prerequisite to professions in allied health.
