The Division of Math and Physical Sciences has these purposes: (1) to provide the mathematical and scientific knowledge and skills applied to certain technologies and/or prerequisite to specialized preparation for a particular profession; (2) to provide the knowledge and skills prerequisite to advanced study; and (3) to assist students in developing exercise and eating habits for a longer, healthier life.
