Mr. Lynch has an A.A.S. in Law Enforcement, an A.A. in Criminal Justice from Wharton County Junior College, as well as a Master Peace Officer Proficiency Certificate through TCLEOSE. He is a military veteran with over 20 years experience as a Police Officer, graduating from the FBI National Academy in 2005. Mr. Lynch has been a full-time Law Enforcement Instructor at WCJC since 2006, serving as the Program Director for the Police Academy at both the Wharton Main Campus and Fort Bend Technical Center.
