Mr. Lynch received an A.A.S. in Law Enforcement in 2002 and an A.A. in Criminal Justice in 2008 from Wharton County Junior College.  He is a military veteran with over 20 years experience as a Police Officer, graduating from the FBI National Academy in 2005.  Mr. Lynch has been a full-time Law Enforcement Instructor at WCJC since 2006, at both the Wharton Main Campus and Fort Bend Technical Center, as well as serving as the Program Director for the Police Academy.
