Dr. Ituah earned his B.S. from the University of Kentucky and his M.S. and Ed.D. from Texas Southern University. He has been a Political Science instructor at Wharton County Junior College since 1999 and has twenty years of teaching experience. He currently teaches Government 2301 and 2302 in both the traditional, face-to-face format as well as on-line.

A native-Texan, Ms. McLane has taught political science, criminal justice and marketing courses during her career, which began when she was employed as a teaching assistant at the University of Texas, Austin, in 1977. She earned her B.A. and M.A. from the University of Texas and her M.L.S. from the University of North Texas. In 1999, she joined the Government Department as a full-time instructor and currently teaches Government 2301 and 2302 in the classroom and on-line. |

Dr. Reed earned his B.S. and M.A. from San Francisco State University and his Ph.D. from the State University of New York. He has taught and conducted research projects at two large universities and has been an editor and writer for several publications related to the U.S. Congress and international relations. In 2004, Dr. Reed joined the Government Department at Wharton County Junior College and currently teaches Government 2301 and 2302.

Dr. Elizabeth Rexford earned her B.A. degree at Franklin and Marshall College and her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Maryland. She currently teaches Government 2301 and 2302. Additionally, Dr. Rexford is a sponsor of WCJC’s Zeta Xi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the International Honor Society for Community and Junior Colleges.

Ms. Clark joined the WCJC faculty in 1998. She earned her B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Oklahoma City University. Ms. Clark currently teaches Government 2301 and 2302 face-to-face and on-line as well as serves as a Criminal Justice instructor for the Wharton County Junior College Criminal Justice Department.

Ms. Janecek teaches Government 2301 and 2302 as part of the Wharton County Junior College dual-credit program at East Bernard High School. She joined the WCJC faculty in 2008. Ms. Janecek earned her B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University in History and English and her M.A. in Political Science from Sam Houston State University.
