G. G. Hunt Division, chair of Social Behavioral Science and Criminal Justice instructor, received her Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. Prior to assuming her duties at Wharton County Junior College in 1987 she was a Harris County deputy and a Harris County adult probation officer. She is the past president of the Southwestern Criminal Justice Association.

Linda Clark, Criminal Justice instructor, received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma in Journalism and English Education. She received her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University and is currently working on her dissertation in Political Science at the University of Houston. After graduating from law school, Ms. Clark served as a captain in the United States Army in the Judge Advocate General's Corps. Prior to joining the faculty at WCJC in 1998, she was an attorney in private practice in Oklahoma and Texas. She has also taught on an adjunct basis at colleges in both Oklahoma and Texas.
