WHARTON, December 12, 2003 – Above is a picture taken by John Dettling, Jr. of Alley Theatre veterans Charles Sanders and Bettye Fitzpatrick in a recent performance of Truman Capote’s “A Christmas Memory.”

The Wharton County Junior College Foundation sponsored the performance at the college’s Wharton campus. The event raised $1,817.00 through the sale of 259 tickets. Proceeds will benefit Foundation Endowment for student scholarships, faculty development, and academic programs.
