WHARTON COUNTY JUNIOR COLLEGE FOUNDATION EVENT A TREMENDOUS SUCCESS

Wharton, July 29, 2004 – Ticket sales and donations for The Wharton County Junior College Foundation’s recent summer fundraising event “From Sea to Shinning Sea, an American Revue” totaled close to $23,000 with more than 250 guests in attendance. The event featured a reception, dinner, and musical performance. Proceeds will benefit the foundation’s endowment for student scholarships, faculty development, and academic programs.
