Brooking Hall is used as an overflow facility for Mullins Hall.  The building is located ½ mile west of the campus. This women's facility is a basically sound structure. The building received renovations for all building systems for reliable future operations. The interior and exterior were repainted in the summer of 1997 with a fire alarm system installation scheduled for the 1997-1998 budget year. Also in 1999,  fire escapes were added to each end of the 2^nd floor.

Both air handlers have been replaced. One was completed in 2000 and the other in 2001. The boiler was replaced in 1997.
