The Duson-Hansen Fine Arts Building is home to the college Fine Arts program, with hundreds of patrons in attendance of events each year, making it the most highly utilized buildings on campus.

New curtains and lighting have been installed in the theater within the last two years.  The theater was also completely repainted in 1999-2000. The carpet was replaced in 1996. New ceiling tile was also installed in the hallways. The chiller and boiler were replaced in the fall of 1997.
