Frankie Hall has been expanded once and received an interior upgrade in the last few years. The construction of the addition left the dormitory with a serious code violation with a dead end corridor. A fire escape was constructed in the summer of 1995 to eliminate this violation.

A new roof was added in 1993 along with new HVAC components. One boiler was replaced in 2000 and the other is scheduled for replacement in 2003. The interior was refreshed with paint in 1996. Exterior lighting was upgraded in the fall of 1995.

New common area furniture is being purchased.
