Built in 1981, the M.G. & Lillie A. Johnson Health Occupation Center remains in good condition.  Changes in programs are promoting study as to the spatial utilization of the existing areas.  Some classrooms need reconfiguration to accommodate current program needs.

The roof was replaced in 1993.  The dental hygiene lab has been painted, new tile floor installed and new equipment installed in the winter of 1996.  New radiology equipment was installed in 1997.  New carpet in hallways of the first and second floor and repainting was completed in 1999.

All HVAC systems have been upgraded within the last three years starting in 1999.
