Mullins Hall offers modest accommodations for women's residency.  The typical room is equipped with two beds. Most beds have recently been replaced with new beds.

Furniture in the common areas has also recently been replaced .  Interior painting of the rooms was completed in the summer of 2002.

The HVAC equipment including a new air handler and condensing units which were replaced in 2000.  The boiler is next on the list of repairs.
