Minimum tuition for an in-district or out-of-district resident is $50, minimum out-of-district student fee is $50, and minimum tuition for an out-of-state or foreign resident is $200. Fees are assessed as follows, when applicable: Late-Registration Fee ............................................................................$25 Change-of-Schedule Fee .......................................................................$15 Returned-Check Fee (charged for each check returned) ……………........…$25 Distance Education Fee.........................................................................$44 CLEP Test Fee (credit-by-exam).............................................................$75 Fee for Locally Constructed Test (credit-by-exam), per semester hour .......$12 Lab Fee ......................................................................................$10 to $20 Tuition and fees are subject to change without notice. Payment may be made with cash, check, money order, or credit card (AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, or VISA) Installment Plan Students may pay in full at the time of registration, or they may pay on the installment plan as follows: Prior to the first day of class …………….... 50% of tuition and fees plus a $35 fee Prior to the start of the 6th class week ......25% of tuition and fees Prior to the start of the 11th class week ....25% of tuition and fees Note: If you register early enough, you may select a four-payment plan in which each payment is 25% of the total. There will still be a $35 fee added to the first payment. See Important Plan Information for Payment plan schedules, or How to do an installment plan on the Web for instructions. Installment plans must be signed prior to the first class day. Late registrants are not eligible for the installment plan.Each registered student is issued a Student ID Card that entitles him or her to attend most activities sponsored by the college. Tuition, fees, and dormitory charges are subject to change without notice by action of the Board of Trustees or the state legislature.
