Welcome to Wharton County Junior College's application process!

Apply online by clicking on the job title you are interested in and clicking on the "Apply" link!  If this is the first time you are applying using our online job application, you will need to create an account and select a Username and Password. This application can be saved and used to apply for more than one job opening.   Online applications are stored on a secure site. Only authorized employees and hiring authorities have access to the information submitted.

  • It is very important that your application show all of the relevant education you possess. For positions requiring college education, transcripts must be attached before an application can be reviewed by the Human Resources Department.  If your education is from a foreign college, a credential evaluation of your transcripts must also be attached.  WCJC only accepts credential evaluations from members of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES). To obtain a list of members of NACES, please refer to naces.org.
