Domestic Abuse Thrives in Shame and Silence

All Campuses

Domestic abuse thrives in our silence and our shame. It is prevalent across every boundary of race, ethnicity, age, or gender.  At this very moment, you very likely know someone who is being abused or experiencing domestic violence and are unaware of its presence.  This presentation will be held in an in- person face to face setting. It will discuss the dynamics of domestic violence, the signs and indicators when it exists, and the pathway forward for those who experience it. This presentation is open to the entire WCJC college community.
