You are eligible for bookstore credit if you are awarded financial aid or a scholarship that exceeds the amount of tuition and fees.
WCJC students who have received financial aid are provided in-store credit only at the Wharton Campus and Richmond Campus Barnes & Noble bookstores. This approved credit of financial assistance can be used for textbooks or supplies purchased in person or online. If you are trying to pay for your online order and it shows that you don't have available funds, wait a few hours and try again. Approved and funded financial aid is posted to the system four times a day, so if you wait until later, your agreed funds might be posted and available.
The University of Houston has removed the bookstore located at the Sugar Land Campus. If you are registered for classes at the Sugar Land campus, you may purchase your books in person at the Richmond Campus store or online by following the directions in the Ordering Textbooks Through the Bookstore section above.
Students can buy textbooks from any vendor and are not required to purchase books from the Barnes & Noble College Bookstores affiliated with WCJC.
