Generating a Degree Evaluation
Click on the "How To Run a Degree Evaluation" link to generate a degree evaluation and verify you have met all course requirements needed for your degree. If you have questions about your degree or remaining degree requirements, please speak with the Office of Admissions and Registration Office.

- What is the purpose running a degree evaluation?
A Degree Evaluation is an innovative tool that generates an evaluation report that shows how completed WCJC courses, transfer courses (from an accredited U.S. institution), and in-progress courses apply toward student’s academic degree requirements.
- Who can process a Degree Evaluation?
A degree evaluation can be used by all degree seeking WCJC students, faculty, and academic advisors.
What do I do if my evaluation generates inaccurate information?
To update or revise curriculum information, you must complete and submit a Degree Evaluation Request Form. This form is also available at any Office of Admissions and Registration.
Submitting an Application for Graduation
After ensuring you have met all degree and graduation requirements, submit your graduation application by the published date below.
Important Questions You Need to Verify on the Graduation Application:
Is your degree/pathway correct on the graduation application?
Ensure your degree/curriculum information is correct before submitting your application.
Is your name correct on the graduation application?
Make sure your legal name is accurate. This is the name that will appear on your diploma.
Is your mailing address correct?
Make sure your mailing address is listed correctly to ensure your diploma is mailed to the appropriate address.
Will you be attending the ceremony?
This step is important in order to ensure graduation ceremony attendance.
