WHARTON, TEXAS – Wharton County Junior College will hold an election on Saturday, May 4, 2024, for three positions on its Board of Trustees. The filing period opens on Wednesday, January 17 and ends at 5 p.m. Friday, February 16.
Interested persons may file an application for a position on the ballot at the WCJC Office of Administrative Services, Administration Building, Suite 113, 911 Boling Highway in Wharton. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Candidates must submit a written application, dated, signed and sworn by the candidate before a person authorized to administer an oath.
