The Wharton County Junior College Pioneers volleyball team defeated Tyler College,
3-1, on Sept. 5 at the Gene Bahnsen Gymnasium in Wharton. This was WCJC's first home
game. The Pioneers are 1-1 in conference play heading into the NCTC Tournament, scheduled
for Sept. 6 through Sept. 7 in Gainesville. Pictured, from left to right, are WCJC
