Incident Reporting

WCJC works to ensure a safe, productive learning environment. We strongly encourage students and employees to report any incident of misconduct or concerning behavior.

Incident Reporting: How to Make a Report

You have the right to report violations without participation in a follow-up investigation. Retaliation for reporting incidents is strictly prohibited.
Report any kind of incident that occurred on campus. Reportable incidents do not have to result in injury, illness, or damage.
Report sexual harassment, sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, and/or any other form of sexual misconduct.* (Note: This is not an exclusive list.)
Report behaviors of concern involving WCJC students. Reportable behaviors include conduct violations, a student who you feel may be struggling physically or psychologically, or any other behaviors of concern that you’d like to discuss.
