WCJC credit courses for only $20 and continuing education courses at a 95% discount
rate through the AEL Integrated Education and Training program. Programs offered through
Career Pathways vary on an annual basis; contact us for more information.

What is Career Pathways?
Integrated Education & Training
Career pathways are designed to lead students into either a career field or a WCJC
degree or certificate program. Choose from a list of WCJC programs that will get you
on the right track for your career. We'll provide additional support in a separate
class that will help you be successful.
Who is eligible?
New AEL Students
To be eligible for career pathways, you must:
- Complete AEL orientation, registration and assessment.
- Be a U.S. citizen, a Permanent Resident or have an approved type of Visa.
- Have a minimum functioning level of High Intermediate in one of your latest AEL assessment.
Who is eligible?
Current AEL Students
To be eligible for career pathways, you must:
- Be enrolled in the AEL program as an active student for at least one semester.
- Be a U.S. citizen, a Permanent Resident, or have an approved type of Visa.
- Have a minimum functioning level of High Intermediate in your latest AEL assessment.
- Have a minimum attendance rate of at least 85%.
- Obtain an AEL instructor's recommendation.
