How to Register Online

Follow these three easy steps for CE admission! Please be aware that once you start an application you must submit the application or you will be required to start over the next time you log in. Additionally, payments must be made in full at the time of registration to reserve your seat in the class. Reach out to the Continuing Education Office if you have any questions.
Open the WCJC online application. Complete all parts of the application.
 
Once you've submitted your application, an instant notification should appear on your screen letting you know that your application has been completed. A Continuing Education staff member will contact you to assist in completing the registration process.

Once you've been notified that you are eligible to register, you will receive your WCJC ID number. Use the ID number to log in to WCJC Online Services.

  • Follow the instructions to log in to the registration portal.
  • Click on "Register for Classes (Add/Drop)." Select the term and click submit.
  • Find the course you want to register for by searching the Course Reference Number (CRN) or using "Class Search" to browse the available courses. 
  • Register for the course you want to attend. Repeat until all of the courses you want to register for are listed on your class schedule.

Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.  To make a payment online, stay logged into the Online Services portal. 

  • Click "View My Bill/Pay Now/Installment Plan."
  • Click "Pay Now."
  • Click "Student Account Suite" to make a payment via credit card or e-check.  
  • Once in the suite, you can view your total amount due and click "Make Payment" to pay in full. Be sure to click the "Add" button for each term to pay your total balance. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Other Options for Registration

If you are unable to register online, you can complete a CE Registration Form and submit the form to the CE Department.  Payment must be made in full at the time of registration (credit card payments can be accepted in person or online only).  You can submit your form through the following methods:

  • Email: Send your completed registration form to ce@wcjc.edu.
  • In Person: Drop off your completed registration form at any of the following locations:
    • Wharton Campus, Business Office, located in the Administration Building
    • Richmond Campus, Registration Services Desk
    • Sugar Land Campus, Business Office, located in Brazos Hall
  • Mail-in: Mail your completed registration form, including your check payment, to:
    • Wharton County Junior College
