In-Person Courses

Basic Computers

Learn the basics of how to use a computer in a slow-paced, fun environment. Familiarize yourself with how personal computers work including all of the main components, features, setup, and navigation. You'll also learn how to use a computer to send and receive e-mail messages, use the internet, create and edit documents, use applications, and more!

Yoga

In this class, breathing techniques, meditations, and postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
